NEW BB RULES

Because of a small bb I happened to grade I will be adding a rule.

When you are fighting against a new user (yes a newbie) LOWER YOU F*CKING PL TO HIS LEVEL! Be either a hundred higher or a hundred lower, THAT'S IT!
